The images of General Tshinkobo Mulamba Ghislain’s case were presented before the North Kivu military court, even if the hearing which was to take place on Friday May 12 was postponed to Friday May 19 due to force majeure. The file of this general who died on August 16, 2022 had been opened following a medical report concluding that he had been poisoned. As indicated by the referral order signed by the First President of the military court of North Kivu, other files have also been returned to next Friday.
It is important to note that General Tshinkobo Mulamba Ghislain had been appointed head of the 34th military region less than a year and a half before his death. A particular situation he had faced and which may have called for malicious intentions.
